• Day 1: Silk-glove massage with snehana (whole-body oil massage).
• Day 2: Facial and whole-body massage with therapeutic liver pack.
• Day 3: Foot massage with chakra-stone application and soothing foot mask.
• Day 4: Facial cosmetics for "her" or "him", or a sound massage.
• Use of bicycles, solarium, and sauna free of charge.
